In accordance with clause 52 of the Royals (Kenwick) Cricket Club Incorporated constitution, the following is notice of the 2019 annual general meeting for the Royals (Kenwick) Cricket Club Inc. which will be held at the Attfield Tavern, Burslem Drive, Maddington commencing at 6pm.

All finanical members, supporters and interested parties are requested to attend.

The business of the meeting will be :-

(a) to confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting and the special general meeting (both attached) held since the previous meeting; and
(b) to receive and consider the committee’s annual report on the Association’s activities during the preceding financial year; and
© to elect the office holders of the Association and other committee members; and
(d) to confirm or vary the entrance fees, subscriptions and other amounts (if any) to be paid by members.
